Completely Private Room and Bath (PRIVATE ENTRANCE, Self Check In). Small kitchenette (Fridge, Microwave, Blender, Coffee/Tea). Wifi & 32 inch Roku TV smart TV (Wall Mounted).

Guest controlled heating and cooling unit (wall mounted with remote)

Private COURTYARD for guests to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of award winning local wine at sunset. Courtyard has table, 4 chairs, umbrella and gas grill dedicated for guests to use.

Automated self check in through PRIVATE ENTRANCE.


Welcome to SUITE MOUNTAIN HOME!. Nestled in the exclusive community of Mountain House this private, en-suite bedroom has all the comforts of home with five star hospitality and amenities.

Step into a private, manicured courtyard and check into SUITE MOUNTAIN HOME with an automated lock. Directly inside the private entry door you will find a medium sized bedroom with hooks for you to hang your coat and keys.

The bedroom offers a Queened sized bed with nightstands on either side and table lights with 110 outlet and USB charger.

SUITE MOUNTAIN HOME provides hospitality quality white lines and towels. There is a small bistro table with 2 chairs that can be used for a quick meal or as a laptop space.

Don't worry about missing a favorite show, the suite includes private high speed WIFI and a wall mounted television with Roku Television and access to all streaming services.

Bathroom offers a walk in shower with grip handles. Suite provides body wash, shampoo and conditioner for up to a 2 week stay. Suite offers plush white towels and fresh towels will be supplied as needed for our long term guests.

Kitchenette provides everything you will need to throw together breakfast, lunch or dinner. Refrigerator, microwave, blender, K-Cup coffee maker, place settings, cork screw, can opener, etc. is provided by host. This is the perfect efficiency for traveling professionals and adult students.

Kitchenette is shared space with extra long wall closet, steamer is included so you show up to your office or meeting looking fresh and pressed!

Directly outside your front door is a large, private courtyard with seating and shade. This space is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal. This listing is also close to walking and running trails and parks. charcoal grill is located in the private courtyard and is dedicated for guests to use. Grill up a nice meal on evenings you are free!

Once you arrive, please park on the street in the front of the house. We are located in a cul-de-sac so there is ample parking. The entrance to the courtyard area is through a small wrought iron gate (unlocked). Inside the courtyard and to your right you will find the front door to SUITE MOUNTAIN HOME.


There is a separate heating and cooling unit in the room that is controlled by the guest.

REPORTING OF TRAVEL ISSUES: GUEST agrees to report any issues of unsatisfaction to HOST immediately upon finding said issue but no later than 24 hours after finding it. GUEST will cooperate with HOST and allow for a reasonable solution. NOTE: Photos are taken of the premises after each cleaning and prior to GUEST check in. These date and time stamped images will be used against claims brought by GUEST.
REHOUSING – HOST will not be held financially responsible to rehouse GUEST if unsatisfied or if GUEST chooses to vacate early. GUEST will seek assistance from the booking platform. 

SECURITY CAMERAS / TECHNOLOGY- Exterior cameras, video doorbells, keypads, smart home technology, etc. may not be tampered with or disabled. GUEST will be immediately evicted with no return of funds paid upon violation of this policy. 

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: If your booking was made under false pretense, including, but not limited to, a falsified name, age, or size of party, you will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
